Job Summary: Wallowa County ESD is seeking a Preschool Teacher for a specialized mini-classroom serving preschool children with diverse developmental needs, including children with disabilities and typically developing peers. This position serves as the lead teacher and is responsible for creating an inclusive, supportive classroom focused on social-emotional development, communication, adaptive skills, school readiness, and individualized or small-group instruction. The teacher will collaborate with families, instructional assistants, and multidisciplinary team members to support each child's growth, independence, and participation in the classroom community.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Learning or a related field, or Oregon Registry Online Step 8, plus at least one year of early learning teaching experience. Oregon Teaching License preferred. Additional desirable qualifications include Oregon Registry enrollment, CPI training, ASQ/ASQ-SE knowledge, and Pyramid Model training.
