Job Summary: Wallowa County ESD is seeking a Preschool Teacher for the Enterprise Preschool classroom. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, supportive, well-managed early learning environment that promotes each child's learning, development, and well-being. The Preschool Teacher supervises instructional assistants, communicates with families and outside agencies, conducts screenings and assessments, plans parent/teacher conferences, supports parent engagement, and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Oregon Early Learning Standards, Preschool Promise, Spark, USDA, and Wallowa ESD requirements.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Learning or a related field, or Oregon Registry Online Step 8, plus at least one year of early learning teaching experience. Oregon Teaching License preferred. Additional desirable qualifications include Oregon Registry enrollment, CPI training, ASQ/ASQ-SE knowledge, and Pyramid Model training.
