Facilities Specialist
Are you a "proactive fixer" who takes pride in creating a safe, sparkling
environment?
At Winding Waters Clinic, we believe that "the best health for all" starts the moment a
patient walks through our doors. We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Facilities
Specialist who understands that a clean, well-maintained clinic isn't just about
appearances—it’s about safety, healing, and community trust.
Why Winding Waters?
We aren’t just a clinic; we are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to
a team-based approach to care. Our culture is built on Accountability, Collaboration,
and Empowerment. When you join our facilities team, you aren’t just "the janitor" or
"the repair person"—you are a guardian of our mission.
The Impact You’ll Make
● Create a Healing Environment: You will help ensure our physical spaces are
maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality. Your work
directly prevents the spread of illness and makes our patients feel cared for.
● Be the "Safety First" Champion: From executing routine maintenance to
following OSHA and fire code standards, you keep our staff and patients out of
harm's way.
● Solve Problems on the Fly: Whether it’s a minor plumbing issue or a structural
touch-up, you’ll use your technical skills to keep the clinic running like a well-oiled
machine.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
● An Eye for Detail: You notice the small things that others miss—whether it’s a
smudge on a window or a flickering lightbulb.
● Physical Resilience: You’re ready to be on your move, can lift up to 50 lbs, and
aren't afraid of the "germs" that come with a busy medical environment.
● A Heart for Service: You understand the importance of PHI (Patient Health
Information) and maintain total confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
