Salary and Benefits: Current pay scale is $25.79 – $32.63 per hour. Updated wage scale eBective July 1, 2026 will be determined by current union negotiations. Intermediate Certification pay is 3% extra incentive of base hourly rate. Advanced Certification pay is 6% extra incentive of base hourly rate.
