As the Food Service Deli Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of our deli while providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily deli operations
- Prepare and serve fresh deli foods
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and product displays
- Train and mentor deli team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure the deli is clean, organized, and fully stocked
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or deli experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
