Living Well with Chronic Conditions Workshop

Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshops help people learn to manage the day-to-day challenges of living with any chronic condition that causes you pain, fatigue, stress and/or other symptoms. People with any chronic condition have similar concerns and problems. In this workshop you will gain important skills to help you live a healthier and happier life.  The 6 week course meets on Monday evenings 6:00 to 8:30pm at the new medical building in Enterprise. Dates for this workshop January 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and Feb 4th and 11th.  The workshop is free and all participants receive a free book called “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions”.  Free snacks are provided by Safeway.  Contact Vixen Radford at 541-398-2539, or email vradford@neonoregon.org.
