About Us

Trouthaven, nestled among the pines on the quiet side of Wallowa Lake, offers serenity in a setting of rustic elegance. Because we are a family business spanning over 60 years, we take great pride in our tradition of relaxation “like it used to be.”

Our modernized vintage cabins are very comfortable and fully equipped with all that you might need for your vacation. Each cabin is finished in knotty pine and includes a covered porch with a spectacular view of the lake. You can watch the sunrise over the water in the morning and perhaps catch the moonrise at night without leaving the comfort of your cabin.

Our cabins, on the shore of Wallowa Lake, are just 2.5 scenic miles from the charming community of Joseph where you can browse through the shops and galleries or grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants. We are just a short drive from Wallowa Lake Tram, trailheads to the Eagle Cap Wilderness, horseback riding, Alpine Meadow Golf Course, go-karts, and numerous other activities.
