The Blythe Cricket opened in January 2019 and is located in the picturesque downtown of Joseph, Oregon, Rachel and Margaret, lifelong friends and baking buddies, launched the Cricket as a bakery and bistro to offer their beloved town - locals and visitors alike - an opportunity to relax in a rustic and comfortable yet modern space with home crafted food and hot beverages.

The space features spacious windows to soak up the surrounding sunshine and charming mountain views and an open floor area to converse, work, read, or simply enjoy a hot drink, delicious meal, or tasty treat.
