Retail Store Cashier
Wallowa County Grain Growers has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Retail Store Cashier to join our team! Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service, great attention to detail, and is a team player! The Retail Store Cashier is responsible for the accurate and efficient sales transactions for our customers. This position will greet customers, maintain an organized checkout area, and keep reports of cash and credit transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurate money handling skills and change back abilities.
- Knowledge of products in the retail store.
- Ability to locate products in the retail store.
- Scan goods and collect payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change.
- Bag, box, or wrap packages.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of cash register, scanners, and printers
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Excellent communication.
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- Shifts and days of work will vary according to the needs of the store and Department Manager. Weekend availability required.
