Bilingual Community Health Associate

This position will provide support for and work with migrant farmworkers and other vulnerable populations in Eastern Oregon, including providing health resources and information and collecting data on health needs. It will also support ongoing COVID response efforts including grocery shopping and educational events. Due to position needs, an ideal candidate will speak fluent Spanish. Travel to farms and outreach event locations throughout Union, Baker, and Wallowa counties will be required. Personal vehicle required, with mileage reimbursed at the federal rate. Project is currently funded through June of 2023.
Compensation $40,728 to $42,064 per year DOE, set by NEON’s standardized compensation scale. This salaried position is 40 hours a week with full benefits.
