Events & Volunteer Coordinator (Part-Time)

Wallowa Resources is seeking an organized, creative, and community-minded Events & Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in connecting people to our mission through engaging events and volunteer opportunities that celebrate stewardship, collaboration, and community.

The Coordinator will plan and support a range of events — from our Barn Dance & Auction and Woodlands & Watersheds Festival to volunteer work days, educational hikes, and community gatherings. They’ll also lead efforts to recruit, coordinate, and appreciate volunteers, helping ensure every participant has a meaningful experience.

Ideal candidates have experience with event planning, community outreach, or volunteer coordination, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for rural communities and natural resource stewardship.
