Supply Runner / Logistics Support (Seasonal)

We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at Minam River Lodge. This role involves errands, supply runs, and ensuring the lodge has what it needs, when it needs it.
If you like working independently, staying organized, and getting out on the road, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Run errands to nearby towns for supplies, groceries, and orders
• Pick up and organize deliveries from local vendors
• Manage incoming packages (including occasional perishable items)
• Pick up mail weekly and distribute to the team
• Handle keg pickups/returns and basic beverage logistics
• Refill CO₂ tanks and grab other operational supplies as needed

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Are dependable and self-motivated
• Stay organized and communicate clearly
• Don’t mind driving and running errands regularly
• Can lift and move supplies (including kegs)
• Have a valid driver’s license
