Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in guests with a welcoming attitude
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide local recommendations and directions
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (reservation systems a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
