Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests with a welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide local recommendations and directions
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (reservation systems a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
