JOB SUMMARY:

The Nurse’s role includes but is not limited to: the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients’ status, plan of care and goal achievement. They must work within their scope of practice as legislated by the State of Oregon.  This position will frequently assume charge duties with additional compensation included for increased duties.  This RN will ideally have at least 5 years experience in a charge or supervisory position.  Med/Surg experience is required. ER and/or OB experience is required with the ability to orient to both and complete competency requirements within 6 months of start.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing,
  • Current Oregon RN License or ability to obtain prior to start date,
  • Five (5) years charge or supervisory experience strongly preferred,
  • Prior Med/Surg experience required,
  • Prior ER and/or OB experience required with ability to orient and complete competency w/in 6 months.
  • Current BLS certification,
  • Performs all duties per the Oregon Nurse Practice Act,

Salary Range:  $52.63 + DOE, Shift Differentials, Premiums
