Head Cook

Do you have a passion for cooking and getting involved in your community? Pair these passions and come join our team at the Enterprise Senior Center as Head Cook. This position is part-time at 20-29 hours per week, and a pay range of $17.22 - $22.57/hour. Benefits will include paid vacation and sick leave, and eligible for retirement benefits after one year of employment. Position Duties Include (Please refer to job description for a most extensive list of duties): • Responsible for managing the nutrition department’s inventory, food, equipment, consumables, and program supplies. • Train staff and volunteers and ensure safety and sanitary compliance. • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service to our senior community through all nutrition program activities. • In consultation with the Wallowa County Operations Manager, determine kitchen needs and staffing schedules.
