Deli Team Member

WE ARE HIRING
We are seeking to hire someone asap for ~25 hours a week who has a little flexibility as the days and seasons fluctuate. Tuesday through Saturday, 20 hours minimum, closer to 30 in the summer and during the holidays. Clockout time will vary depending on when duties are completed. We are closed the month of January. Minimum pay is $16/hr + tips, averaging ~$20-$25/hr. Hourly will increase with skill level.
Duties:
Help customers and run the Square register
Make sandwiches
Prep sauces, dressings, lettuces, and toppings for sandwich station
Cut cheese and meat for sandwiches and customers
Maintain cleanliness throughout the day; sweep, mop, dust, tidy shelves and restock inventory
Wash dishes
Requirements:
Intrapersonal and customer service skills
Common sense and critical thinking
Takes instruction well
Ability to read the room, anticipate customer needs and hop on tasks as they arise
Sustained hustle throughout the day
Able to safely lift up to 30 lbs
Passion and interest in the products we carry and why
Comfortable using knives and slicers
Food Handlers License
