HVAC TRAINEE
FULL TIME
WAGE-$18-20 starting

JOB DESCRIPTION- Supporting experienced technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Key duties include assisting with equipment installation, cleaning components, transporting tools, learning to read blue prints, and performing basic maintenance under supervision. We will provide on the job training.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS-
Mechanical aptitude: A strong desire to work with tools and understand how mechanical systems work.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Physical stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders and work married weather conditions
Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interaction with team members and customers
Background check: Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
TYPICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT- HVAC trainees work in diverse settings, including residential homes and commercial buildings.
