Parts Professional

Parts professionals provide friendly and quick auto part sales and service to customers.
Primary duties:

  • Offer excellent customer service in-person and over the phone
  • Look up parts using computers and reference books
  • Process cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain inventory accuracy
Necessary attributes:
  • Team player with a good attitude
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Able to lift and move parts over 60 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to walk and move constantly
  • Able to stoop and reach parts from floor and overhead
  • Able to accurately select part numbers and read descriptions
  • Valid driver's license

In this position you will focus primarily on finding and selling the correct parts to customers and ensuring they are taken care of according to store and NAPA policies. We’ve offered excellent service since 1945, and we work well together as a team. Aside from counter parts sales you will check in freight, maintain inventory accuracy, maintain the sales area, deliver parts to nearby customers as needed, and perform any other duties required. 
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
