Join Our Amazing Veterinary Team!
Our busy mixed-practice veterinary clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience while helping support the daily operations of our clinic.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer phones, emails, and text messages and assist clients with questions
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily patient flow
  • Triage client concerns and communicate urgent matters to the veterinary team
  • Present treatment estimates, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries
  • Maintain accurate medical records and client information
  • Assist with prescription refill requests and referral coordination
  • Support patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations
 
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and move throughout the clinic during the workday
