Helicopter ground crew and public relations

Work will be for a helicopter tour business from the Joseph airport.

Must be good with people. Job will be 80% conversing with new people and must be able to make them feel comfortable and answer any of their questions. Will be required to fill out forms prior to each flight and will help load people into a helicopter. Keeping people out of danger is our number one goal.

Also, you will have to weigh each person before each flight and have the ability to tell potential passengers that they cannot go even after they have booked a flight and paid. Must be able to remain calm and explain to them why weight and balance is important. We will help you with that. 

Must be able to use apps to complete booking in of passengers. This may be on a tablet or phone. 

Must be able to lift 35# and be able to stand on feet most of the day. Yes, you can sit down when waiting. Other duties may include Driving a pickup and assisting with refueling of the helicopter. Will be required to walk people from the gate of the airport to the helicopter which is 200 yards which could be twice an hour.  

Other duties may include washing pickups and other equipment and any other tasks ask we require for the business. 

Hours of operation are from 630 am to 230 pm Wednesday through Sunday. Will be working all holidays as we are catering to the Tourist season. 

Starting immediately. Pay starts at $16 hour and raises will happen if you are a good fit. End of season bonus will be for those who work hard and show up on time. Bonus is reduced every time you are late by $100. Meaning more than 10 minutes late. No shows will be terminated from employment. 

Season runs from May 1st to sept 31st. 

Things that we will not tolerate. Being late, hung over or rude to customers. 

As we are working in an airport environment where there are potential dangers drug use will not be allowed.
