Farm/Ranch Hand

Stangel Bison Ranch in Enterprise, Oregon is looking for an experienced Farm/Ranch Hand to start as soon as possible. Family owned and operated ranch. Not a cowboy job, no horses are used on our ranch. This is a full-time position requiring experience, dependability, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to take and follow directions well. Work well alone and with others. Willing to perform a wide variety of work. Job duties include but are not limited to: Harvesting Hay, Irrigation, Checking/Repairing/Building Fence, Equipment Operation, Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance/Repair, Facility and Building Maintenance/Repair, Welding/Fabrication, and Working/Caring for Bison (500+ head). This is a long term position. A valid driver's license is required. This job is physically demanding. Pay depends on experience. Smoke & Drug Free. Must pass a background check.
