Double Arrow Vet is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who is excited to join our team and be part of something special!

🐾This role is perfect for someone who:
• Loves people AND animals
• Stays calm, kind, and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Is a strong communicator (in person, phone, text, email)
• Can juggle phones, scheduling, payments, and client questions
• Shows up for their team and takes pride in their work
📋Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience required
• Veterinary or medical office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume setting
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
You’ll be the first face and voice our clients connect with—helping coordinate care for both small and large animals while keeping things running smoothly.
