Market + Deli Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a well seasoned individual who has hustleandself awareness. Passion and knowledge about cured meat, cheese, and wine is important - we are an open kitchen and you serve and interact with the customers. The jobs daily duties are to prep your station and kitchen for service, work your station (be prepared for a busy lunch rush), restock your station, clean your station, and do dishes. You must be comfortable using a slicer, following instruction, using Square POS, customer service, multitasking
