Traveling musician Ken Waldman will be gracing the Lodge with old-time Appalachian-style string band music, Alaska-set storytelling and smart poetry. Family friendly.

Ken has drawn on his 36 years as an Alaskan resident to produce poems, stories, & fiddle tunes that combine into a performance uniquely his. His 16 full-length poetry collections, his memoir, his creative writing manual, and his kids’ book have been widely praised. His 9 CDs have received widespread radio airplay nationally & internationally. A former college professor with an MFA in Creative Writing since 1995 he’s often toured as Alaska’s Fiddle Poet, performing at leading festivals, art centers and clubs.
