Train Your Trainer Seminar: Building Tips & Service Profitably

Food Services of America in conjunction with the Wallowa County Chamber of Commerce and the Wallowa Lake Tramway presents:
 
“Menu Mojo” & “Train the Trainer” with Randy Sanderson. These seminars will provide Eastern Oregon restaurant operators with information to become more profitable and provide resources in which to train service staff to provide a better experience for their customers.  As the Director of Sales Development for Food Services of America, Randy puts a high degree of emphasis on customer service training and business understanding.

These complimentary seminars will be held on June 4^th 2013 at the Park by the River RV Convention Center.  The “Train your Trainer” workshop will begin at 9:00am and the “Menu Mojo” workshop will begin at 1:00pm.  There will be a complimentary lunch and Wallowa Lake Tram ride up to the mountain at 12:00pm for lunch at the Wallowa Lake Tramway Summit Grill.
 
Seating is limited to 75 for each seminar and RSVP’s will be taken by Food Services of America up until the event or the seminar is filled.  A drawing will be held at each seminar for a $50.00 gas card.
