Tamkaliks Celebration Rummage & Bake Sale
The annual Tamkaliks Rummage and Bake Sale fundraiser will take place at the Nez Perce Wallowa Homeland interpretive center (across from the post office in Wallowa). Indian Tacos, fry bread, chili, and pie by the slice will be available both days. There will be a wide assortment of items at the rummage sale including books, household goods, furniture, toys, clothing, shoes, baby clothes, sporting goods, and much more. Proceeds will go toward the two Tamkaliks scholarships award each year, one to a Native American and one to a local county graduate.
The 28th Annual Tamkaliks Celebration powwow and friendship feast is scheduled for July 20th to 22nd, 2018, in Wallowa.
