Unwind, sip, and create! In this fun, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll enjoy a relaxing evening of ceramics while learning handbuilding techniques. Over two sessions, students will create functional wares such as mugs, bowls, plates, platters, and more.
We’ll cover pinching, coiling, and slab techniques, all in a lighthearted, social atmosphere. Perfect for individuals, couples, or groups of friends looking to try something new.
Please bring your own wine or spirits.
Instructor Bio:
Cheryl North Coughlan has been working with clay for over 13 years, creating both functional wares and whimsical animal sculptures. Her work reflects a love of texture, storytelling, and the joy of everyday objects made by hand. For the past several years, Cheryl has taught ceramics to beginner and intermediate students, sharing her passion for clay in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
