The Joseph Branch Rail-withTrail Concept Plan has been completed and the Plan and Atlas are available for review online at http://tinyurl.com/htfluab and http:tinyurl.com/prw4724 Also available online are the documents on which the Summary Plan is based. The plan will be presented to the Wallowa Union Railboard Authority (WURA) at the Senior Center.
