We will teach you how to prepare your body for labor and delivery, review birthing positions, and begin discussing the postpartum period – or 4th trimester – to ensure you are ready for the birthing process and postpartum recovery. This class will be held in the conference room of Wallowa Memorial Medical Clinic, Joseph, and is appropriate for currently pregnant individuals; partner (s) and/or support person(s) are also welcome.
