ENTERPRISE, Ore. (Aug. 26, 2019) – People with low-to-moderate incomes in Baker, Union, and Wallowa counties who seek funds for a business enterprise, vocational training, continuing education, or a vehicle are encouraged to investigate a program that Northeast Oregon Economic Development District (NEOEDD) administers called the “Individual Development Account” (IDA).
