Morning Detox Yoga

Come warm up with a detoxing flow and balancing breath work! All are welcome! In these invigorating sessions, Caroline will guide you through a blend of gentle movements, intentional breath work, and guided meditation to help your mind and body detox and start your day with vitality and peace. Suitable for all levels, these classes offer a welcoming space to explore and deepen your practice.
Bring your own mat and props, limited loaners available!
Please note that a minimum of 5 students is required for the class to run. Spaces limited. Youth 12 and up with an adult welcome.
