Living Well Class
re you interested in making and staying with positive lifestyle choices? Improving how you think and how your brain functions? If so, LIVING WELL is for you!
This 10-week program will include information on nutrition for the brain, lifestyle treatments, managing stress, and so much more!
Classes are taught by Dr. Emily Sheahan, Medical Director of Community Health, and will include a workbook, food samples, and your very own wellness binder.
Classes run March 26th-May 28th Wednesday evenings from 5:00-6:30 pm and take place at the Wallowa Memorial Hospital Conference Room in Enterprise. Additionally, a new option is now available to participate virtually from Wallowa. Please inquire upon registration for more details!
