Living Well - Anxiety and Depression Recovery
Are you or someone you know struggling with depression, anxiety, or stress? Are you interested in making and staying with positive lifestyle choices? Improving how you think and how your brain functions? If so, LIVING WELL - Depression & Anxiety Recovery is for you!
This 8-week depression and anxiety program will include information on nutrition for the brain, lifestyle treatments, overcoming loss, managing stress, and so much more! Classes are taught by Dr. Emily Sheahan, Medical Director of Community Health, and will include a workbook, food samples, and your very own wellness binder.
-Classes start July 3rd (no class July 16th) and run through August 28th.
