Juniper Jam Music Festival
The Wallowa Valley Music Alliance announces the 16th annual JUNIPER JAM - The sweetest little music festival in Eastern Oregon! The big event takes place on Saturday, September 5, 2026 (that’s Labor Day Weekend) at the Wallowa County Fairgrounds in Enterprise, Oregon. This fun-filled day of music starts at 11:00 AM and continues non-stop on two stages, all day until about 10:00 PM. Festival-goers will enjoy many styles of music including folk, country, Americana, roots, rock, funk, and reggae, as well as great food and drink, local artisans, plus children’s activities.
Although the musical genres presented at JUNIPER JAM are varied, the common thread is original music – honoring the song and its writer. Here’s a rundown of this year’s lineup:
Portland’s American roots artist Rose Gerber returns with her band this year, and we’ll also have a set from indie/americana band Adria Ivan. Other music from the Portland area includes Kathryn Claire & the Whylands with their folk/indie/chamber pop, folk/roots from The Lowtimers (Portland /Santa Cruz), Wallowa County favorites Sweet N’ Juicy with their upbeat funk, and the quirky/funky/rock collective Family Worship Center. Indie rock band Monopines joins us from Moscow, Idaho, and from the Puget Sound area in Washington we have Ska Island, with some great reggae/ska to get folks up and dancing.
Opening the Tunesmith stage this year will be a songwriters-in-the-round set from Tracy Spring (Bellingham, WA), Bill LaVoie (Moscow, ID), and Gina DeNoble (Portland, OR).
"JUNIPER JAM is Oregon’s only all-original music festival, and we’re looking forward to another eclectic lineup of bands." says festival director, Janis Carper. “As always, we are very grateful to our sponsors and hard-working volunteers who make this event possible.”
