Introduction to Chair Yoga w/ Linda Robinson!
Linda puts an emphasis on three things – breath practice, balance/ stability, and spinal flexion. Knowing one’s body correlates to good physical and mental health and Linda emphasizes that “our bodies are our teachers”. She provides adaptations for all bodies and experiences.
Marky Pitts shares: “chair yoga has become an important part of my physical and mental health. It is cardio, muscle strengthening, flexibility and balance. Linda is a great coach, helping us to move correctly for core strengthening and I always feel stress relief and a calming effect”.
Elnora Cameron writes: “So many benefits come from Linda Robinson’s chair yoga. Anyone, even someone in a wheelchair, can participate. Linda is a compassionate teacher who provides adaptions for every student. Students stretch their limbs and spine as much as possible. It is the start of a calmer day after each session.”
