International Peace Dinner
An international dinner of Middle Eastern food (with baklava) and a talk by Rotary Peace Fellow and Executive Director of "Fields of Peace," Reem Ghunaim. Reem is a Palestinian who did her Fellowship at Duke-UNC Rotary Peace Center, where she earned her Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning and a certificate in International Peace and Conflict Resolution.She is especially interested in working with students, connecting students in areas of conflict with others enjoying more stable lives.
Adele Nash is catering the meal. Tickets are available from Rotary Club members at $25.00. Fifty tickets only!
