Ingot to Art: the Saga of Bronze in Wallowa County Opens at Josephy Center for Art and Culture Ingot to Art, an exhibit celebrating bronze sculpture cast in Wallowa County, opens at the Josephy Center for Art and Culture on Friday, August 23, 2013. Local foundry’s, including Parks Bronze, Valley Bronze and TW Bronze will exhibit sculptures cast for a variety of local and regional artists.
Notable artists featured in the exhibit include Rodd Ambroson, Tim Parks, Steve Parks, Bob Wilfong, Tim Norman, Lisa Arquette, Terri Malec and others.
On Tuesday, September 3, Live and Up Front will feature a discussion of the process of bronze casting with artist Shelly Curtiss, a history of bronze foundry’s in Wallowa County with Roger McGee and an patina demonstration by artist Tim Norman.
