Discover the joy of creating your own ceramic mug in this relaxed and fun two-session class, perfect for beginners eager to explore the art of ceramics. Under the expert guidance of Cheryl North Coughlan, you’ll experience the hands-on process of hand-building and glazing your very own mug.

Class Structure:

Session 1: Mug Making

You will hand-build your own mug, crafting it from start to finish using simple techniques and variety of tools.

Session 2: Glazing

Learn the art of glazing and add the finishing touches to your hand-built mug from the first class. Discover different glazing techniques to personalize your piece with beautiful colors and designs.

What You’ll Take Home: By the end of the two sessions, you’ll have a beautifully crafted and glazed ceramic mug, ready for your morning coffee or evening tea.

Includes: All supplies, tools, and materials

Level: Beginner

This class is an excellent opportunity for friends, couples, or parents and children (ages 12 and up) to bond over a creative activity. It also serves as a fantastic introduction to the world of ceramics, helping you decide if you’d like to delve deeper with a more extended eight-week course.
