Journaling on a regular basis can help you process your thoughts, record special memories and experiences, tap into your inner creative world, improve your writing, and even provide mental health benefits. Over the course of this three-week workshop, we’ll explore different forms of journaling practices and formats, including stream of consciousness journaling, art journals, nature journals, and others. We’ll also try out a few writing prompts together that might help you spark your regular journaling practice.
