In these invigorating sessions, Caroline will guide you through a blend of gentle movements, intentional breath work, and guided meditation to help you start your day with vitality and peace. Suitable for all levels, these classes offer a welcoming space to explore and deepen your practice.

Please note that a minimum of 5 students is required for the class to run. Spaces limited. Youth 12 and up with an adult welcome.
