Film: “Objector” Documentary Screening
You are invited to a documentary screening at the Josephy Center Thursday, February 29th from 6-8 pm following the journey of an Israeli young woman who chooses to be a conscientious objector to serving in the Israeli Defense Forces. Brought to you by Wallowa County’s Solidarity with Palestine group.
Amongst the 2024 women’s art exhibition,
“Feminine Visions: Embracing Strength and Adventure“,
this intimate 75 minute documentary will be followed by a half hour of community group talk led by the films provided discussion guide and Kasiah Sword.
Parents are encouraged to consider what content maybe appropriate for their children’s viewing experience and explore more or screen the film beforehand as they see fit. Resources available on line at objectorfilm.com .
