   •  Phone and Wix platform payments have been reimbursed to Paul Pelley. 

4. Sexton activities update – Gay

• Gay to report burials and internment's for the months:  from 8/12/26-9/9/2026
• Identification of leaning or falling headstones? Bob to give list to Gay.

5. “Friends”  update – Sondra

   • Update regarding East Fence Project and Kiosk

6. Grounds maintenance -  Bob Dance

• Sprinkler remote: Bob/Tim
• List of leaning or falling headstones
• Update on John Haskett volunteer service

• Update about Tom from ESD to assist with website/emails, etc.  - Tim
• Dawn reported Tiffany Denton as new Board Member to County Clerk Sandy Lathrop and sent a copy of the minutes to her.  Tiffany will be in Position 1 on the ballot.
• Dawn talked with the Wallowa Chamber and will start sending monthyly agenda and updates to the Chamber to be reflected in the weekly Chamber email. 
• Community member suggestion regarding Jim Butner and Perry Davis dedication at the cemetery.
• Update: Columbarium – Memorial Monuments, Dawn left vm.

• October 14 last meeting before winter break.
