What is Ecstatic Dance?

It is a living prayer in motion.

A space where the mind loosens its grip and the body remembers its freedom.

Where emotion becomes rhythm, and spirit finds expression through movement.

Ecstatic Dance is a journey inward — a return home to self.

No choreography. No performance. No judgment. Just music, breath, and the raw truth of your own energy moving through you.

In this set, I’ll be guiding you like a storyteller — weaving soundscapes that invite you to feel deeply, release fully, and reconnect gently. Through rhythm and melody, we’ll explore the landscapes of the physical, mental, and spiritual body.

My intention is to create a container where you can find peace, healing, and self-expression — where whatever is ready to be felt can move safely through you.

This is my first Ecstatic Dance set — and I’m honored to share this beginning with you.
