Wear your best Dolly-inspired outfit and come to the library. There will be music, food, glitter, and more.

The Friends of Wallowa Public Library will supply small journals to bedazzle (diamond art) or bring a box you've wanted to add some sparkle too.

Not into crafts? Just come and hang out and celebrate the spectacular woman who brought so much joy to this world!

Prizes for the best costume (adult and youth)!
