Cut it up, glue it down, and make something beautiful!

Join local artist and musician Janis Carper for a creative, hands-on collage workshop. Explore design, layering, color, and transparency as you learn a variety of collage techniques in a fun, relaxed setting.

 Don’t worry if you’rebrand new to collage or an experienced maker, you’ll have the freedom to experiment and let your imagination run wild.

What’s Included:
 Scissors
 Glue sticks
 Gel medium / Mod Podge
 Old magazines and papers

Feel free to bring:
 Discarded books, old magazines, photos, greeting cards, scraps of paper, buttons, old jewelry, fabric—anything that inspires you!

By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with a finished collage that’s all your own. 

Preregistration required.  Registration closes 48 hours prior to class start time.

Meet Your Instructor:

 Janis Carper is a visual artist, songwriter, and musician who has called Enterprise home for 24 years. She draws creative inspiration from nature, forgotten buildings, dusty backroads, and the many shapes of the human heart.

When she’s not making music or art, you’ll find her wandering the Wallowa County forestlands with her big brown dog. Janis loves mixed media art, including painting, collaging, and gel plate printing.
