Brown Bag is a free event that feature informal presentations and discussions on the first and third or more, Tuesday noons of each month. This week features Linda Robinson, who lives in Seattle and at Wallowa Lake, will be the Brown Bag Presenter at noon on August 1st. Linda made a “Civil Rights Pilgrimage” to the South in March of 2017, on a trip sponsored by the University of Washington Communications Department. The Civil Rights Pilgrimage visited historic sites of the Civil Rights Movement, including Birmingham, Montgomery and Selma Alabama. Linda will share stories, resources, images, and suggestions for additional learning. Brown Bags are free and open to the public, sponsored in part by Bennett Insurance in Enterprise. Donations always welcome.
