Brown Bag is a free event that feature informal presentations and discussions on the first and third Tuesday noons of each month. This week features Thiel and Golder will talk about the history of quinoa, the “new” ancient grain from South America, its growing popularity in this country, and the challenges and virtues of large scale organic farming, and usually some wise words about quinoa as well.
