Brown Bag is a free event that feautre informal presentations and discussions on the first three Tuesday noons of each month. This week features the folks from Blue Mountain Wildlife in Pendleton will discuss their avian education and rehabilitation programs. And they will bring birds—raptors—with them. We plan to invite schools to bring students to the Center at 1:00 p.m., after the Brown Bag. Set-up, we are told, takes some doing, so this educational invitation to the schools makes for two birds with one stone! Older patrons are welcome to stick around.
