Showtime 7pm- Brady Goss Band
If you are not from Wallowa County here is his bio.
Raised in the Northeast corner of Oregon in the sparsely populated town of Wallowa, Brady Goss has been honing his craft since the age of four when he would reach high above his head to put his tiny fingers on the keys of his Dad’s piano. He absorbed his father’s passion for piano music, especially that of rock n’ roll icon Jerry Lee Lewis. From the CD collection, to the VHS tapes, to the vinyl, Brady and his dad Mike would dive into the vast and raw talent of Jerry Lee Lewis marveling at how one could be so wild, fast and flashy all while still hitting the right notes on a piano. Brady was inspired to try it himself and this rock n’ roll boogie boogie piano style became the cornerstone of the Brady Goss sound of today. Largely, Goss learned to play by ear, but eventually piano lessons were forced onto him. With some struggle and strife he could play the music as written, but it didn’t take long before evidence revealed that his ears were faster than his eyes and that sheet music was an unnecessary curve in the road to his rock n’ roll dream. As he grew he began to truly study, learn and play the music of such greats as; The Eagles, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton, Hank Williams and of course Jerry Lee Lewis. For more than 15 years now Brady has been busy touring and propelling audiences to their feet with his dynamic and sizzling command of the ivories paired with his warm, soulful vocals at venues up and down the west coast and occasionally across the country. On occasion you can find him collaborating with and supporting artists including Martin Sexton, Rock n’ Roll Hall of Famer Roger Fisher of Heart, Mike Skill of The Romantics, Sawyer Brown, Osmond Bros, Quaterflash, Jake Owen, Chris Trapper and too many more to list!Wherever you find Brady you are sure to hear a remarkable catalog of covers and originals from rock n’ roll to country to jazz, diversity and creativity abound as Brady gives it everything and leaves it all on the stage creating an exciting show every time! If he feels it, he’ll play it!
