Adult Mental Health First Aid
A person you know could be experiencing a mental health or substance abuse problem. Learn an action plan to help. You are more likely to encounter someone in an emotional or mental crisis than someone having a heart attack. Learn how to help a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor in need. Get trained today in Mental Health First Aid.
The $30 registration fee includes training workbooks, certification, and snacks. Class size is limited.
This course is an 8-hour class, broken into two half-day blocks. Snacks will be provided. You must register for the course in order to complete the short pre-work prior to the class.
